Between the 22nd of January 2018 and the 21st of January 2019, I worked as a full-time call support customer service agent at Booking.com. During this period, I served both English and Hebrew speakers. While working this position, I had to deal with high amounts of pressure coming both from my employers and from the customers, which I tried to translate into a diary. Every day, I filled in one page in a Muji notebook.
The final work is called: Lines Of Depression.
At the beginning, I drew lines with a pen and ruler while listening to customers over the phone. Slowly, it became more of a diary, with me writing my thoughts and feelings alongside the drawings. Finally, the diary also became a tool for me to collect information about the company.
